Trump's demographic problem

https://www.axios.com/2024/02/25/trump-voter-demographics-problem-election-2024

" If America were dominated by old, white, election-denying Christians who didn't go to college, former President Trump would win the general election in as big of a landslide as his sweep of the first four GOP contests.

Why it matters: It's not. That's why some top Republicans are worried about the general election in November, despite Trump's back-to-back-to-back-to-back wins in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina."

*None of this will have any impact on tRump's foreign handlers insuring that the states that come into play with regard to securing the Electoral College victory are properly "handled."

Trump continues to massively underperform polling. He looks to be even less popular than 2020, when he suffered a blowout loss to Obama (shhh, nobody tell him he lost to Biden).

His hope was to rely on the Hunter Biden hoax, with his assist from Putin, but that fell apart last week.

As I've said before, this all means Trump will get more and more desperate to avoid narcissistic injury and will sound crazier and crazier as he gets closer to his next blowout loss. I would feel bad for his wife Mercedes, but I don't think he's seen her or her chain immigrant parents since he hired his parking ticket lawyers to help him lose $500 million.

All those Pelosi voters are going to sit out in November. Mitt is going to lose to Obama again.

LOL look at how unhinged Trump already is. He can't even handle Bret Baier.

No more free passes?

I watched something else recently which said Rupert Murdock hates Trump passionately. Well, if the network wants to put the hammer on him he will lose. The power of brainwashing is strong.

Murdock is not a US citizen. How is this not foreign interference in a US election, a la the Russian style interference?
We've got some serious improvements to our democracy to tend to.

Amazing how dumb Trump is. Hannity is trying to handhold Donald (almost definitely coordinating with Trump's advisers behind the scenes) by essentially saying "Donald, you would never do a crime" and Donald responds that he is allowed to do the thing that's a crime lol. This guy has a boiled onion brain which is why Nikki seems to be trying to stay in until the bitter end. She probably assumes that sooner or later he will walk into oncoming traffic.

Bizarre article where a psychiatrist claims that Trump is showing signs of dementia or Alzheimers. As far as I can recall, BearGoggles has only mentioned Biden's dementia (which others have characterized as late stage) and hasn't uttered a single word about Trump's symptoms. Given BG's obvious expertise and lack of bias, I would tend to discount anything anyone else has to say about this.

In case anyone is curious, this is the baseless criticism of Trump. And take note, Dr. Gartner, a clinical psychologist who was also a professor at Johns Hopkins for almost 30 years, is clearly shooting from the hip without any familiarity with the signs of dementia, unlike BearGoggles who is an expert in the field. You will see from the excerpt below that Gartner is just interposing names and needs to have a few more cups of covfefe.

Quote:

According to psychologist Dr. John Gartner, formerly of Johns Hopkins University Medical School, Donald Trump's slurring and inability to sometimes formulate complete sentences appears to be a sign of growing dementia and possibly early stages of Alzheimer's.

In an interview with Salon's Chauncey DeVega, Gartner bluntly stated the former president is "showing gross signs of dementia" and fellow experts are not pointing out the warning signs nearly enough.

After telling Salon's DeVega, "There is also this focus on [President Joe] Biden's gaffes or other things that are well within the normal limits of aging. By comparison, Trump appears to be showing gross signs of dementia. This is a tale of two brains. Biden's brain is aging. Trump's brain is dementing," he was asked for evidence.

Trump, he noted, appears to be spiraling into "phonemic paraphasias" during his rally speeches, which he described as, "the substitution of non-words for words that sound similarare not normally seen until a patient enters the moderate to severe stages of Alzheimer's."

According to Gartner, "Some examples of Trump's non-words: Beneficiaries becomes 'benefishes.' Renovations become 'renoversh.' Pivotal became 'pivobal.' Obama became 'obamna.' Missiles became 'mishiz.' Christmas became 'Crissus.' Bipartisan became 'bipars.' This is a fundamental breakdown in the ability to use language. If you were talking to your father on the phone and he did this you would think he is having a stroke. There is no healthy older person who speaks that way."

He also noted Trump's tendency to go off in odd directions while talking to audiences.

Referring to the former president's "tangential speech," he elaborated, "He just becomes incomprehensible when he engages in free association word salad speech that is all over the place. Again, that's a sign of real brain damage, not being old, not being slow, not losing a step not being, but of severe cognitive deterioration."

Not sure how that is relevant. Trump is pro rich people but derives a lot of his support from poor white people. It's similar to the phenomenon W.E.B. DuBois wrote about re reconstruction (which I've brought up a few times after having heard about it in 2016). The poor whites in the south decided to support the rich whites rather than band together with the poor former slaves because they assigned so much value to their whiteness.

Quote:

Quote:

Most persons do not realize how far [the view that common oppression would create interracial solidarity] failed to work in the South, and it failed to work because the theory of race was supplemented by a carefully planned and slowly evolved method, which drove such a wedge between the white and black workers that there probably are not today in the world two groups of workers with practically identical interests who hate and fear each other so deeply and persistently and who are kept so far apart that neither sees anything of common interest.

It must be remembered that the white group of laborers, while they received a low wage, were compensated in part by a sort of public and psychological wage. They were given public deference and titles of courtesy because they were white. They were admitted freely with all classes of white people to public functions, public parks, and the best schools. The police were drawn from their ranks, and the courts, dependent on their votes, treated them with such leniency as to encourage lawlessness. Their vote selected public officials, and while this had small effect upon the economic situation, it had great effect upon their personal treatment and the deference shown them. White schoolhouses were the best in the community, and conspicuously placed, and they cost anywhere from twice to ten times as much per capita as the colored schools. The newspapers specialized on news that flattered the poor whites and almost utterly ignored the Negro except in crime and ridicule.

The Trumpanzees at the Capitol on Jan. 6th did not look rich to me. In fact, many were missing teeth.

The reason we haven't seen a single leak against Biden from anyone inside his administration is because he's a mastermind exercising control over the hundreds/thousands in his upper-level administration. Oh and also he has eleventh stage dementia and isn't calling the shots at all. Sure, that's definitely it. But the fact that just about everyone Trump worked with had negative things to say about him is evidence of peace and prosperity and that the boiled onion brains should keep their trust in that guy lol.

Maybe the rich Trumpanzees stayed home. So the group consists of both ends of the economic spectrum. Wait a minute, that sounds more like today's Democratic Party.

I don't know if it's that or the media knowing that Trump's antics are good for clicks and that risking the GOP waking up to the train wreck would put those clicks at risk. There is comparatively little coverage of the tsunami heading toward Trump right now. If this were any other person, they would have been Howard Dean'd/Rick Perry'd by now.

A lot of people are coming up to me and saying Trump has dementia. I had a guy, a big strong guy, a tough guy, come up to me yesterday with tears in his eyes saying "I think Trump has dementia, he sounds so stupid all the time now and frequently says things that aren't recognizable words." I turned to him and said "Trump doesn't have dementia, he's just lowering himself to the level of the people dumb enough to still support him." The big strong tough guy thanked me and then said "Sir, sir, I think Trump has dementia."

Demented Don strikes again. This time he confused himself with Biden, who actually has had record job creation. At almost 15m jobs created so far, he's already created around 3 million more jobs than any other presidential term in history (and we are likely to see another 2-3m jobs created before the end of this term).

By comparison, Trump's presidency saw 3m jobs lost. In fairness to Demented Don, it was a record.

That will require a dictatorship since tRump's enemies have committed no crimes and even though his stooge Justice Dept. would bring baseless prosecutions, the juries would either acquit or be hung.

I do believe tRump will "win" the election with 85-90M "votes" and then White Supremacists in the military command will back his totalitarian takeover. tRump's first edict will be to void $500M in civil judgments against him. After that he can imprison or execute his political enemies without due process of law.

tRump also will require a totalitarian state to impose the will of the Evangelicals on the nation because under our current system, Blue state juries will refuse to convict anyone of the morality laws the Evangelicals want imposed nationwide.

That's one way of putting it. Another way is that Trump's support among college graduates has tanked since 2016, because the more educated you are, the less likely you are to believe anything he says. And so he has been busy marketing himself to the uneducated, praying on their fears and prejudices.
