On what facts does Stephen Miller base his statement that the decedent was a domestic terrorist trying to assassinate federal officers? I was unaware that there has been an investigation yet. Preliminary reports are that the decedent was a nurse at the VA, had a permit to carry the weapon and had a parking ticket in his past.

There was no false choice. The family is illegal. They either separate the kid from her parents or arrest them all.

If you really wanted the asylum system to be respected then you should have told the Biden administration to stop letting people claim false asylum because now all asylum seekers are under intense scrutiny.

They will have the right to go in front of an immigration judge and their status in this country will be determined as deemed by law.

In that case I encourage this government to take its case to the American people and see if they like families getting this kind of treatment. Should be an easy boost for their popularity.

A majority of people were overcharged and faced years in prison for simply walking into the building. Pardons were acceptable and valid in that situation. Others were more violent and probably shouldn't have been pardoned.

The guy who was shot was reaching for it anyways and likely had magazines in his waistband also as they found two on the scene. My guess is ICE saw the gun, called it out, one removed the gun and other ICE agents saw the man reaching and saw the magazines and opened fire. That or the man grabbed at an agents gun.

Regardless of what happened, this man was clearly not trained well in how to handle yourself when armed around law enforcement. If carrying, you never give law enforcement a reason to suspect you might use the gun on them. That will end badly every time. He could have complied and put his hands behind his back and he'd have spent the night in jail.
