I imagine it was clear to everyone that she had a nosebleed. If you've ever been around kids, nosebleeds are a part of life. Would you have preferred they broke the family up? I thought the left was against separating families in these situations.

I would prefer they let the hospital check them out first, since they were there for a reason. I would prefer that people who are actually trying to use the legal immigration system properly not be disappeared to detention centers.

There was no false choice. The family is illegal. They either separate the kid from her parents or arrest them all.

If you really wanted the asylum system to be respected then you should have told the Biden administration to stop letting people claim false asylum because now all asylum seekers are under intense scrutiny.

They will have the right to go in front of an immigration judge and their status in this country will be determined as deemed by law.

In that case I encourage this government to take its case to the American people and see if they like families getting this kind of treatment. Should be an easy boost for their popularity.

You ain't seen nothing yet Sycasey.
As bad as these numbers look, they can get massively worse.

Wait till the stock market takes a hit when Trump appoints one of his stooges as the new Fed Chairman and the guy starts lowering the Fed Funds rate and the yield on the 10 year goes to the Moon. All of those Trumpers and Independents in the trades who depend on the homebuilding market are going to be put in the unemployment line.

That 30 year mortgage rate at 6.3% will be pushing 8% in a heartbeat.
The bond "vigilantes" will surely see to that.
You can't defy basic Econ 1.

It should be obvious to even the most casual observer, that Trump doesn't give a crap about INFLATION.
All he cares about is growth.
