The explanation for this admission is clearly Putin wants tRump to be POTUS because he is stupid, easy to manipulate, can't get competent people to work for him, is corrupt and most importantly, is anti NATO and will not continue to arm Ukraine or resist any Putin expansion into Eastern Europe.
I presume since tRump and Republicans are Putin friendly, and Putin knows tRump is going to "win" the election, one way or the other, why bother denying they got the test kits.
