Any bets that Rudy and tRump got their beaks wet in the missing $40B from the Ukraine?

Missing $40B????
Do tell!!!
I haven't heard of this at all.

Here's How Ukraine's Ousted Government Got Away With $40 Billion

https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/tanyakozyreva/ukraines-ousted-regime-made-40-billion-disappear-and-no
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.buzzfeednews.com/amphtml/tanyakozyreva/ukraines-ousted-regime-made-40-billion-disappear-and-no

" By the time he ran for president in 2007, his (Giuliani's) disclosure forms showed that he'd gone from having less than $5 million in assets when he left City Hall to about somewhere between $20 million and $50 million in assets, and much of that had come through these foreign business relationships....

.... Giuliani made his first trip to Ukraine in 2003. That began a decade of consulting and publicity trips to the country." Yamiche Alcindor, pbs.org

Rudy's dad was a convicted, imprisoned felon and an enforcer for the Mafia. Both tRump and Rudy have kept close company with convicted felons. Do you think Rudy and tRump have committed any felonies that they heretofore have escaped indictment, or are they just a couple of good blokes that unwittingly fell in with bad company?

Perhaps the best explanation is offered by tRump himself in his famous quote:

" What you're seeing and what you're reading is not what's happening."

Precisely. Right now, civil servants within Interior (aka members of the Deep State) are sneaking in overtime to get this thing done ASAP. Their work is sometimes hindered when they can't find reliable babysitters .

David Holmes, embassy staffer in Kiev, open testimony will be another devastating blow for Trump, after his closed door session yesterday.

Whereas Trump has claimed all testimonies so far are 3rd hand hearsay, and hidden all WH personnel from testifying their knowledge of his crimes (and they've complied), Holmes overheard Trump on phone with Trump donor and EU-ambassador Sundland.

On the call, Trump says he wants the Ukrainians to investigate Biden. So that ties him to the plot. Can't claim that underlines directed tge quid pro quo. Sundland also makes damaging statements about Trump only caring about other bigger things than the Ukraine.

Trump is a piece of kaka. Only news-ignorant, stupid or extremely partisan people are blind to this.

CNN showing that Nark Sandy is doing a closed door deposition this morning. Wow, congress working on a Saturday.

WASHINGTON A career aide inside the White House budget office signaled Thursday he will testify in the House impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump, the latest case of an administration official bucking orders to ignore congressional subpoenas.

Mark Sandy, a former acting director of the Office of Management and Budget who is currently the agency's associate director for national security programs, could shed additional light on the reason nearly $400 million in aid to Ukraine was held up this year.

"If Mr. Sandy is subpoenaed, he will appear for a deposition this Saturday," Sandy's attorney, Barbara "Biz" Van Gelder, told USA TODAY.

Sandy, who is expected to testify behind-closed doors, is the latest case of a career official defying White House orders to resist congressional subpoenas in the matter, which Trump attorneys describe as an unconstitutional "witch hunt." He would be the first budget office official to cooperate at a time when there are questions about why the aid was withheld.

Who needs the 25th amendment when we have mid-level staff to turn on the corrupt president?

The senior-most WH people are kiss-ass, which Trump detected and selected long ago for exactly that reason. But he can't interview everyone, and so the 2nd tier of insiders are doing the right thing.

And hopefully for a VERY long time.
If he gets pardoned, I hope states go after him hard and fast. There are too many white collar liars and criminals getting away with ruining the CPU try. Need to come down more harshly on white collar crime.

Trump going against DOD & Pentagon advice and pardons war crimes, I think is another act of pure self-interest. Chumming the water with "pardons" to send message to his base that he is still giving middle finger to the establishment, that this is somehow "patriotic" and pro-military for the simplistic lizard brain thinkers, and signaling to his co-conspirators that he has set the framework for unjustifiable freewheeling pardons (keep your moth shut, stay loyal and you might be next).

It's not even occasional now, Trump literally is incapable of telling the truth or acting without corrupt self-interest.

He is going to keep layering on new bigger and bigger yet unimpeachable acts of misconduct to distract from his impeachable offenses. See Erdogan White House visit as a perfect example.

Look for him to pardon Roger Stone soon.

" Reagan would be stunned to find Republican members of the House at war with the F.B.I. and the C.I.A. all to bolster Trump's tender ego. Their preference seems to be to allow Russian meddling again if that's what's necessary for Trump to prevail a year from now. Maureen Dowd, NY Times

US diplomatic aide David Holmes testified in a closed door session that he heard the Idiot in Chief on the phone discuss the investigation that he wanted. The conversation took place between the Idiot in Chief and Sondland.
Holmes described the situation that took place in a Ukrainian restaurant:

Yup, Trump was talking/yelling so loud, Scodland had to move the ear piece away from his head...and that's when Holmes heard the conversation and Trump's demands for info on the "investigation". Seems that's Trump's thing, he's rude all the time. The term maggot in shtt and lout come to mind.

The prosecution actually requested Stone be detained immediately. Judge gave him a break..but will throw the damn book at him given he went 7/7 on convictions. I'd guess 2-3 year per, so 14-21 years. I wonder if he tries to skip the country. Seems like a perp who will do anything to avoid prison.

That Nixon tat is going to look really sexy to some dude name Animal or Executioner.

Or some guys with a fetish of looking at a Nixon back tattoo while taking a long shower with the boys. Stone is going to be a favorite with that crowd.

You guys are nuts if you think Stone is going anywhere other than Club Fed.

These minimum security prisons for white collar criminals are hardly the prisons you see portrayed in movies. I'm not saying it's something to aspire to, but he will most likely he in jail with a bunch of other old white guys who committed fraud and are cooling their heels for 6-12 months while plotting their next scam.

Even Club Feds are a dangerous place to be. I have seen more than a few detention centers and prisons at various levels and when given time the inmates will come up with various ways to amuse themselves. Stone's mouth and tattoo could get him in trouble.

It's late back here and CAL just did a rather good imitation of the R******s. So, I may be wrong.

You're assuming that, at some point:

1. Nikki Haley convinces Grump that she has "the tape"

2. Grump declares victory and quits

3. The entire populace of Indiana goes on FOX and declares:
"We support Mayor Pete. Pence totally sucked has governor."

4. The GOP gets a clue and backs Nikki

5. BUT she has to choose between

a. Gym........entertaining, but then a pic of him actually in the 'examining room" comes out
b. Nones.....that's just silly
and
c. TC.....who'd stab her in the chest...let alone the back.

6. She decides "Screw it" and goes with a surprise VP choice (true love wins out)

A rare astute comment to a Daily Mail story about Jennifer Williams, Pence's aide that overheard tRump's "perfect" Ukraine call:

"There are people testifying under oath, under penalty of perjury, that Trump did these things. There are people who say Trump did NOT do these things. Exactly none of them are willing to testify under oath."

One cantbuse vulgar enough language to describe Donald Trump.
Put him in his grave and be done with him.

No, better to let the vultures pick him apart.

I live in the country. Lots of deer, lots of roadkill, lots of vultures. That would be a fitting end. Either that or the non-descript "burial at sea". Just tie him down with weights so his fat ass doesn't float!
