Bolton may testify. It looks like Bolton has thought about it and is willing to testify in the Impeachment Trial if the Senate subpoenas him. It is the last part of his statement that is less than clear. Mitch controls the Senate and will not let that happen. Is this Bolton trying to place himself in a more favorable position without really risking any credibility?

It's not a waste of time to hold someone accountable for wrongdoing, even if you don't think you can get a conviction.
Agree to disagree. My vantage point says put that effort (lip service) into making sure he doesn't win again.
