New York City's Metropolitan Transit Authority, North America's largest transportation network, suspended the use of Twitter for service alerts Thursday, saying the "reliability of the platform can no longer be guaranteed." The MTA's access to Twitter through its API was involuntarily interrupted twice in the last two weeks, on April 14 and again April 27.

Two old-school liberals that have previously been cancelled by liberals had a discussion about free speech and a libertarian who left Fox News in front of a liberal studio audience.

Wow, just wow. That's incredible that you believe people can stop, threaten drivers, and assault drivers, and a driver should be arrested for trying to safely get past the situation. Insanity.

They were engaged in non-violent civil disobedience stopping traffic, which is a police issue. Nobody threatened or assaulted the driver UNTIL the driver assaulted them with his vehicle by moving forward into the group. That is when the incident turned dangerous. The driver should be arrested.

Is that in the DMV handbook or some other code? The only assault that happened was when the protesting nutjob threw a traffic cone into the vehicle.

A person's right to protest ends when it infringes on the rights of others.

A public roadway belongs to everyone, for the purpose it was built forto facilitate transportation for all citizens and guests of this country lawfully admitted.

Protestors do not have a right to hold another person hostage.

Nobody was held hostage. Enough histrionics. A path was blocked. Illegally. It is called civil disobedience and it has a long history in this country as a means of engaging in non-violent protest. It is for the police to deal with. It does not legalize assault on those engaged in civil disobedience.

When the driver went from a stop to driving right at the protesters he threatened them with deadly force. That's the biggest crime.

He may have threatened the illegal blocking protestors with force by moving a car 5 mph towards them, and then they could EASILY move out of the way of the car and let him go about his business. The driver gave them a third chance to move aside, but the childish nutjobs stood right in front of his bumper. When they walked to one side of his bumper, he turned the OTHER direction but the illegal protestors moved in front of where he turned. That is when the biggest nutjob attacked him through his window with a large traffic cone.

I don't know how many cars were behind the driver, such that he could avoid the illegal blocking trespassers by himself illegally reversing in the middle of the road to escape the hostile situation. Blocking a public road is asinine. Remind me to use your logic and defend school shootings because they have a long history in this country.
