Imagine thinking an MS-13 dude couldn't go back to El Salvador because of MS-13 lol.
He's not an MS-13 dude.
Kneel and kiss the ring of Zod.
So they're actually Photoshopping pictures to prove their false point. Pathetic.
Yes "They" are.
He has tattoos. None say "MS-13" like Trump claimed.
Two judges also say he is. The amount of time and effort you've spent defending this gang banger is honestly hilarious.
If you could think beyond one individual for just a second, you'd could see that if this person can be judged a "gang member" on the kind of thin evidence thus far presented, anyone could be and get the same kind of punishment he did. Either we have due process or we don't.
He's not an american citizen. This is a very difficult fact for you to grasp. He's a gang banger and he got deported. Whatever El Salvador does with him is up to them..I don't care. He's been caught human trafficking and beating his wife.
What you fail to grasp is this:
The Right to Due Process:
This right is guaranteed by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution. Undocumented immigrants have the right to be informed of the charges against them, the right to an attorney, and the right to present evidence in their defense. The SCOTUS is basing its rulings on this legal principle (other than Alito and Thomas, naturally).
Trump is a whirling dervish of paranoid delusional fantasies that he believes constitute facts and reality. Once Due Process is knocked out, we are all in a lot of f@ucking trouble.
New documents detail government's case that mistakenly deported man was a gang member
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/new-documents-government-case-mistakenly-deported-abrego-garcia-gang-rcna201665The SCOTUS ruling that Garcia's return from El Salvador must be facilitated renders moot, at this point, any discussion of whether he is a gang member. He certainly was never given the Due Process right to confront the CI that gave a declaration on the issue.
Garcia will end up getting deported but it must be done legally and he can't be deported to El Salvador.
