You are going with that? The plane had been retired and had served 6 presidents. The library wasn't opened until the year Regan died. Really a poor attempt to justify this.

Way different levels of belligerence. The US didn't militarily threaten those countries and claim the right to their territory, at least not in our lifetimes.
