Two major problems putting Biden on trial:

1. Biden has not committed a crime; and

2. No competent prosecutor will work for the Justice Department. Only moronic Trump loyalists will be hired as prosecutors (many will look great in bikinis like Alina Habbas). The best criminal defense attorneys in the nation will be fighting each other to defend any person targeted by a malicious prosecution initiated by the Justice Department.
