With government red ink swelling throughout the year, June saw a surplus of just over $27 billion, following a $316 billion deficit in May.
Customs duties totaled about $27 billion for the month, up from $23 billion in May and a 301% gain from June 2024.

Without those quirks, the government would've posted a $70 BILLION DEFICIT instead.

What's wrong with Geely/Volvo/Zeekr setting up plants in the US? They're excellent cars, and if they can be made here, it's a win-win for workers and consumers alike.
Car prices worldwide are coming down because of Chinese autos, markets that will be completely closed to Chinese manufacturers like the US will have much higher car and truck costs, putting us at an economic disadvantage.
