Since they caught him wandering around hours after the shooting it may be a case of a guy living on the streets with a substance abuse problem that was hanging around the field and may have been told by the Coach, more than a few times, to take off.

Since the police are saying Coach was targeted, I can't think of other scenarios.

The suspect admitted to the murder and told Police that Coach Beam was practicing witchcraft on him and others.

It's pretty bad that I can already tell this is Oakland when I have never stepped foot in that place.

The DA's Office will never again split the vote by running two candidates like it did when Price survived the primary and won the Election. This will be the final coffin nail in her faux prosecutor career.

The entire county will turn out to vote, unlike in the election she won, but like the special election that recalled her.

This case got tossed. If it ever had merit (it didn't), Madame DA's prosecutors suppressing evidence torpedoed the case. Let a civil jury give the decedent's family the county's entire social welfare budget in damages if they want to. Who is victimized? I just don't want t get killed, mauled or maimed and if I do I'd like some ability for law enforcement to track these criminals down. Just yesterday in a nice drive up the hill for a run in Chabot I almost got killed or maimed (not once but twice) had I not looked both ways before going thru a green. It's a lesson that was etched indelibly into my head by a SF cop who happened to be my football coach.
