Republicans and Democrats have voted for Trillions upon Trillions in programs to remedy past injustices.

Many of those failed programs were designed and implemented by Democrats.

It's interesting that Black income levels rose at a faster rate before the second Civil Rights Acts, than after. The Free Market worked.
