Elder then mentioned a conversation he had with former President of the NAACP Kweisi Mfume, in which he asked whether "white racism" or the "absence of black fathers" is a bigger problem for the black community.


"To his credit, without missing a beat, he said 'the absence of black fathers,'" Elder said.

Elder said he's tried to have conversations about black fatherlessness with other black "leaders" such as Rev. Al Sharpton, Rep. Maxine Waters, Minister Louis Farrakhan, and Rev. Jesse Jackson. All of these prominent black figures, Elder claims, have refused to come on his radio show to discuss the issue.

It is truly amazing how, in going4roses' racist America, black folks can have so much power they can get their boyfriends six figure jobs paid for by tax payers.

*How about tRump giving HUGE jobs and getting security clearances for unqualified, unethical and moronic members of his family. I oppose Pamela Price and her policies, but the nepotism angle of the story is chump change, especially when raised by a Conservative. Alameda County has no guidelines on this. It needs them.

Actually no basis to recall. She is doing everything she promised to do on campaign trail. Mismanagement more likely to do her in. Budget problems are rearing their heads, like all the deputy DA's on suspension drawing salaries that she thought she could fire until she found out they were teamsters entitled to protections under the collective bargaining agreement. The day she fires them she will be facing jury trials in Federal Court for breach of union contract.

*The people got the system they voted for. For example, the friends of the politically progressive female baker that was killed when she went after her purse after a robbery (dragged by car) said that that the victim would not want her killers punished in any traditional sense (i.e. prefer diversion program and ankle monitor).
