Muslim countries like Turkey are not going to side with Israel in this conflict where there is so much suffering from the normal Palestinians. Not coming strongly against Israel at least from a PR perspective would dilute their influence with other Muslim countries.

The irony here is that Israel does exactly this, they use DNA tests to screen immigrants for racial purity, the only country in the world that does this. It is an apartheid state that is literally based on racial supremacy.
