tRump is not capable of processing a question and responding to it. This is one of the reasons his lawyer's will never allow him to testify on his own behalf….along with the fact that since the truth always undercuts his position, he feels he has to lie, but he is too thick to digest a plausible false narrative drafted by dishonest defense counsel or to improvise answers to cross examination questions that arise from the false narrative. tRump is thus stuck with his 10 year old boy that got caught with his hand in the cookie jar lies, which in addition to being laughable, set him up for a perjury charge.
In a legitimate debate, Biden would come off as the doddering old man that he is and he would answer the questions as best that he could and get names and dates wrong and make every variety of flub. His voice will sound like his life force is sucking out of him.
tRump, on the other hand, will not answer the question posed, he will launch into a rally grievance talking point rant that he will shout out in his high pitched shrill voice. He will talk over and step on every Biden response to a question, and he will refuse to comply with any request by the moderator(s) to comply with the debate rules.

Lower energy prices harm farmers, truckers, working folks, and families. This will also bring down food prices. And we'll drill baby, drill. ..."
"I'll also fund the expansion of several Reservoirs in California to ensure our #1 agriculture area continues to feed our nation for decades to come. I'll also ban using farmland for solar fields. An absurd idea. Put solar on warehouse roofs and protect the best farmland in the world."
Of coarse, he could really tie the Democrats hands by doubling down on common sense.

2. Fund 2-5 new Ocean Cleanup System 3.0 systems to dramatically increase the cleanup of the Pacific Garbage Patch. Modest cost, big impact.
3. Provide funding 50 or 100 Interceptor barges ($1M each) to prevent garbage from entering the oceans. Low cost, big impact. Challenge other countries to step up.

I learned a new nugget yesterday about the Kangaroo Court and process in New York to frame President Trump by wacko Jean Carroll.
As we know, New York changed the statute of limitations - never done before - as part of their Lawfare strategy to bury President Trump. Lots of unusual, never done before moves.
Jean Carroll couldn't even specify a year the alleged attack happened, and should have blown up her own case if not for the Democrat New York Witch Hunt.
E. Jean Carroll posed for the cover of New York Magazine in June 2019. She was wearing a Donna Karan jacket dress - which she claimed she had worn when Donald Trump allegedly attacked her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in 1994. Very simple.
New York Magazine then pointed out that the dress she said she was wearing was not sold in 1994. Carroll then changed her story, and claimed the alleged attack occurred in 1995 or 1996. But no date. (Carroll said she met Trump on the street and they spontaneously decided to go buy lingerie at the high-end department store before the attack.) Zero credibility.
Apparently another fabricated sexual assault case filed against President Trump blew up when the alleged victim specified the date. President Trump was a busy real estate executive, and has a detailed paper trail, schedules, and witnesses. When she gave the date, it was easily debunked.
Hence, whacky Jean Carroll - who refers to her black husband (Ape) and cat (Vagina T. Fireball) with crazy names - conveniently couldn't recall a date or year.
