A friend said a construction crew walked off the job repaving roads in Oakland bc their vehicles were getting broken into, they were beingbrobbed, threatened. Construction crews are typicallybtye last to be intimidated. I visited Hagenberger last month, looked like a war zone. Oakland has thousands of abandoned cars that have been stolen, chopped / looted, and dumped on city streets. Go after those networks as well.
